These terms govern access to the website www.firstalia.it and the use of its content. By browsing the website the user accepts them.

1. Publisher of the website

The website www.firstalia.it is published by Delphi Group S.r.l., a single-member company, owner of the Firstalia trademark and of the network website, with registered office at Via Lima 7, 00198 Rome, Italy, tax code, VAT number and Rome Companies Register number 02846280648, REA RM-1506778, share capital euro 100,000.00 fully paid up, certified e-mail (PEC) delphigroup@pec.net, e-mail info@firstalia.it.

Delphi Group S.r.l. does not provide services to businesses. The pages dedicated to each company in the network are drafted under the responsibility of the company indicated on them, which is answerable for their content.

2. The Firstalia network

The “Firstalia” trademark is owned by Delphi Group S.r.l. and is used under licence by the companies belonging to the network. Each of them is a separate and independent legal entity, which provides its services in its own name and on its own behalf, is solely liable for its own obligations and has no authority to bind the others or Delphi Group S.r.l. The use of the common trademark does not constitute a corporate group, a professional association or a relationship of control or agency between the companies.

The services described on each page of this website are provided exclusively by the company indicated on that page, on the basis of a written appointment of that company to provide the services.

3. Nature of the content

The content of the website is for information purposes only and describes in general terms the activities of the companies in the network. It does not constitute professional, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer to the public, a solicitation to invest or an offer to enter into a contract, and cannot replace an assessment of the particular circumstances.
