Cookie policy
Pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021
This page describes the use of cookies and other tracking tools on the website www.firstalia.it, published by Delphi Group S.r.l., owner of the Firstalia trademark and of the network website.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version published at www.firstalia.it/cookie/ prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user’s device, where they are stored to be sent back to the same websites on the next visit. They are divided into technical cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the website or for the provision of a service requested by the user, and profiling cookies, which are used to build a profile of the user’s preferences and deliver messages tailored to them. They may be installed by the operator of the website (first-party cookies) or by other parties (third-party cookies).
2. Cookies used by this website
The website www.firstalia.it does not use cookies, whether technical or profiling, first-party or third-party. It does not use traffic analysis tools, does not embed third-party content such as videos, maps or social network buttons, does not load fonts or libraries from external servers and does not use the browser’s local storage.
For this reason the website does not display any consent banner: pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021, consent is required only for cookies and other tracking tools other than technical ones, and this website installs none of any kind.
3. Contact form and technical data
The contact form on the home page sends to the server only the data entered by the user, without session cookies or persistent identifiers. The systems of the provider hosting the website may record, for the operation and security of the service, technical data such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and the page visited: their processing is described in the privacy notice.
4. Managing cookies in the browser
Although it is not necessary for this website, the user may at any time block or delete cookies through the settings of his or her browser; instructions are available on the help pages of each browser.
5. Updates
Should the website introduce cookies or other tracking tools in the future, this page will be updated before they are activated and, where required by law, the user’s consent will be requested. The version in force is the one published on this page.
